If you can understand the RAGE:MP API and have the basics yeah that's fine. People will be there to help, like outlined in the thread though the help is for those actively working on projects under our open-source organization so if you start a new project or bring a new project over people will be happy to assist, we can't be there to help you with your own private projects.

I'm also looking for anyone with current RAGE:MP projects out there who've published their scripts but aren't finished or have been published as broken. I've been looking through some out there that I'd be interested in helping out with.
