Server does not launch / Сервер не запускается

The game starts, RageMP starts, I click on the server and after a while the loading indicator from RageMP disappears and the background of the game just changes. And so on ad infinitum. RageMP is installed on the same drive as GTA. I run it as administrator. What is the problem? There are no anti-viruses. Regular GTA Online works without problems.

Игра запускается, RageMP запускается, нажимаю на сервер и спустя некоторое время индикатор загрузки от RageMP пропадает и просто меняется фон игры. И так до бесконечности. RageMP установлена на тот же диск, что и GTA. Запускаю от имени администратора. В чём проблема? Антивирусов нет. Обычная GTA Online работает без проблем.
