RAGE MP crashed version 0.3.7

Help please, I install NVE, and when I start the server version of rage mp 0.3.7,
 the game crashes for me, it is on the window when loading rage multiplayer 0.3.7 is written,
 but when I go to the server version 1.1 everything works perfectly for me and comes in to the server.
 Also, if you enter a single player game, it also crashes. I will attach the logs below,
 maybe someone will understand them.
