[HELP] function dxDrawTexture

Hi,

I want to load to player screen a custom picture for ex menu.png

there was easy function to do that dxDrawTexture, but i see it doesn't exist anymore..

I tried to make rpf files and load "custom dlc" for this picture but there isn't 1 good example in the internet to do that... I would like help about that..
