How do you disable firing while you are in vehicles?

I have been trying to figure this out

You need to block controls 24, 25, 69, 70, 92, 140, 141, 142, 257, 263 & 265.

easy way you can remove weapons when entering vehicle, and give it back when you get out of the vehicle.

Even if it can be cheated, just make rules if people want to break the rules in place then ban them, their fault if they cheat.

Yes, this is minor. But for more major things it's always better to make the feature non exploitable rather than punish those exploiting it. Their experience on your server will be ruined once you punish them, it could be prevented just by making them unable to do the thing

I would not care about their experience if they exploit I would do full permanent ban in my eyes.
