Login error

Hi Guys,

I created my own server on my vps. However, I got an error when I tried to log into my server and it showed that the version of server had been mismatched.

Please let me know if you have any ideas of this issue.

This happened to me a few times when the actual RageMp server wasn't started on the remote machine
Check if the Rage process is running/crashed

I pretty sure that my server had been run successfully by running the ragemp-server.exe file in the server file folder it also showed me the log which indicated that my account had been kicked because of the mismatching version of server.

I wonder if ragemp should be updated based on the new update from rockstar.

Yes, update GTA 5 from your game launcher, update RAGE client by running updater.exe, you can find it in RAGE installation folder, and finally update your server files, new files will also be located in your RAGE installation folder in folder named server-files
