Freezed On Loading Screen

When I Am Trying Connect Server For First It Takes Longer On estabilishing Connection Then It Should Take 10 Min.
When It Say launching the game. ragemp starts and it says loading rage multiplayer 0.3.7 after 1 image changes it says initializing social club and after that nothing is written and i have infinite loading screen i have tried everything i veryfied game data 3 times (i have gta on epic games) deleted rockstar, ragemp then downloaded again tried another rockstar and epic games account and many things.
