black screen and then crash

When Rage Mp starts, it loads, opens rockstar and steam, launches gta, and after gta starts, a black screen appears and freezes, then a crash occurs

Did you update your game and client to latest version? If yes, then try to connect to few different servers to see if it's maybe server related. 

You can also try to delete cache, it's located in RAGE installation folder > client_resources, keep in mind that if you delete it you will have to redownload client-packages from servers again. Sometimes that helps.
