RageMP lagging-crashing

When I try to play RAGEMP it takes like 3-5 mins to load after I load I start lagging its unplayable I tried to change all of my graphics from high to minimum literally it changes nothing so idk what can be the problem, I can play normal GTA online on high graphics with no-minimum lag.

PC specs: 

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460  CPU @ 3.20GHz   3.20 GHz

RAM : 8 GB

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

If yall know any solution how to fix this please tell me :)
