Rage rp won't start, rockstar and steam quit

After running rage rp, it either closes or starts a single game. 

I reinstalled windows 10 pro, updated all the drivers, since I do not have a video card, I play on the built-in i5-11600K (GPU model
Intel UHD Graphics 750)

Disabled the firewall, anti-virus, still a startup problem. Please help how to run rage rp.

Happens to me as well, UHD 730, Don't think it's compatible with the RageMP Client.
