Constantly Loading Server Resources - Download of Assets Resetting

So I have not been able to get in play.eternalrage.net for all of today and i think i have tried everything. The fix everyone references is to delete all the files for the server from the client resources folder. However, when i do this, 400 or 500 mb of the 2.2 gigs of files needed to join the server download and then the bar and number reset to 2.2 or so gigs. So to fix the problem, i have another problem to fix. I have tried downloading all the files from a drive supplied by a staff member of the server but then the launcher still wants me to download 600 or so mb and then it still stays on the loading server resources until you get mad and close w/ task manager. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!!
