Teamspeka 3 causing stuttering when I rotate my camera using my mouse:

So TLDR, great PC, game ran fine, get great FPS.

 

When playing if I use my mouse to pan the camera I stutter, but if I use a controller I don't. 

 

If I play the game with a keyboard and don't touch the mouse it doesn't stutter.

 

But as soon as I touch the mouse or do anything involving the mouse, panning the camera, whatever IG, I stutter. 

 

I found out TS3 causes it. I need TS3 to play.

Fixed the title, found out TS3 causes this. Anyone else have this problem?
