Unable to connect to the server: Users crashing at "Validating Server Assets"

A new server that's trying to launch is running into an issue where no on can connect to it or download the server assets. When attempting to log into the server, it will start to load and then immediately crash with no errors. When you check the client_resources, it has created a blank folder in there. We've tried deleting the folder and relaunching on a suggestion, but it's still having the same issues.

Are there any Devs that might have a solution for this?
