Is RageMP compatible with Windows 7?

Howdy,

 

I've been trying to run Rage:MP for a good while now with no progress. Latest version/clean installation of GTA:V (CD 2013 - NO STEAM) along with RageMP, all the requirements (MC Redist/etc), ran as admin, tried the different/same drive thing. Anything from the common fixes were tried to no avail. I'm a little curious if this has anything to do with Windows 7, cause I've heard and read about certain OS related issues.

 

If so, can anything be done?

Forgot to mention, the game just loads Single Player instead of RMP.
