I try to make own custom launcher, and i found in Windows registry on folder SOFTWARE/RAGE-MP a new parameters called 'launch2.ip' and 'launch2.port', if you will write an IP's of project gigants it will connect auto when the rage started, but to noname server's it's not working. Maybe someone know another ways how to launch server directly?
