I can't get in side the game, just loading

I run the rage mp, then openning automatically the rockstar games launcher, after that i get in the rage mp. When rage mp end to loading i must get inside the server but not, i just get a loading. I reinstalled the game, i reinstalled rockstar game launcher, i reinstall my Windows,  i done everything and still i can't get inside the game can some one help me? Please?!
