Blurred client

Not sure what's going on here but when you move your cursor around the client the only part that stays clear is where the cursor is and the rest becomes a blur.

I am having the same problem and I've tried about everything available on Google.'

 

EDIT: Can be fixed by fixing the DPI settings of the RageMP client.
