Game freezes

Just as the title says. First time i downloaded this like 1 week ago i could play it for quite a long time but now i can't even play it for atleast 1 hour. This only happens in RageMP too. Also sometimes it just crashes without warnings... it just turns off. It's really strange because like i said above i could play it fine without these issues when i first downloaded it. In Gta 5 the screen freezing in a Gui (playing on GrandRP, Gui = Inventory or something else). I can move but i see only the freezed Gui on my screen.

What i did to solve the Problem:

- reinstalled the whole pc

- checked every driver

- used first a m2 500gb now a 256 gb ssd

- no anti virus or something, the pc is complete empty 

System:

Intel i5 9600k

nvidia geforce rtx 2060

16gb ram

Windows 10 Pro

Bought gta 5 on Steam

 

Checked the main Logs in the RageMp Directory. And there are 1 error
