Xbox One Controller only works sometimes

Hello, I've been playing on a RageMP RP server for a while that has controllers working.

 

But for me it doesn't work most of the time (Game needs to crash, for it to work)

I've looked everywhere for bug fixes and only found the one with steam fullscren mod 

and this doesn't work for me because i have gta via the rockstar games launcher
