Texture loss on RAGEMP

Hi, i've joined a new server on RAGEMP and my textures don't load, sometimes they take a long time to finally load in. Here are some screenshots about it. https://imgur.com/a/WruOW1W

My specs are (laptop):

Intel I5-7300HQ 2.50GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti 2gb

16gb RAM

And the game is installed in a HDD.

I've already done this:

- Closed background apps

- Lowering graphics

- Lowering resolution

- VSync on and off. (The only way it kind of works it's when the vsync setting is on HALF).

- I raised the priority of the process to HIGH, i got no texture loss but the chat it's laggy, it takes a long time for me to write.
