[FEATURE REQUEST] Add an ability to disable GTAV`s auto-launch when connecting to server

In most cases it`s impossible for me to launch GTA (EGS version) through RAGE correctly: the rockstar launcher says that it`s impossible to validate that this game belongs to me. However, when the RAGE client is closed, the game can be launched without any problems. I noticed that RAGE force closes the rockstar launcher when it`s trying to run the game and this may cause described problems (moreover, every time when it happens my profile data is being destructed and i have to log in to launcher again). So, I suggest to add an ability to disable auto-launch of the game and just wait when user will start it manually and only then inject RAGE modifications.
