CPU capacity at 100% with RageMP

Hi!

I got an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz. 
Usually, I got no issues with my PC specs until a couple weeks ago when RageMP started killing my CPU and its capacity. 

When I'm in-game it's around 100% causing texture losses. (+70% of it alone from RageMP!) 

So far I have tried everything:
- removing mods and texture packs
- re-installing the multiplayer
- re-downloading server files
- re-installing Grand Theft Auto V
- re-installing my whole computer 
Even my game settings are somewhat at a low although I've never had any issues with even higher settings. This makes it even more ridiculous. 

Does anyone know what may cause it?

exactly the same problem. Only I have an i5-8400 processor

Its normal, rage uses that much... idk why but you cant rly fix this (i dont kmow). 😔
