what should I do if the Raid does not start because of the anti-cheat? I quote his "Mistake! EAC is not installed"

Could someone let me know why I am not allowed to play all servers through this program? 

When I am trying to enter the servers the mouse starts shaking and is not allowed to push the play button.

go into your game settings and change mouse input type to raw
