Garage cutscene

Hello there! Got a question about the possibility of playing a cutscene on entering the garage much a like the way its done in GTA:Online with camera folloving the car and fading to black upon enetring. Backend is in C#, front's implemented using nodejs. Currently got it working using a marker right in front of the garage door while pressing E, although it doesnt respawn the car or anything, teleports it instead into the interior level but rough and the skybox is seen for a brief second while the interior loads. Would appreciate pretty much any help with this, thanks in advance.
