RAGE won't open GTA V and Launcher Won't Connect

So, I literally installed this yesterday and had no issues. I logged onto Mafia RP yesterday so I could answer the questions, now it won't load today (I just got approved).

I've done several things, uninstalling and reinstalling RAGE, it did nothing. I am not uninstalling GTA V because from what I've read, its done nothing to help.  I also tried opening steam, then RAGE and then connecting, didn't work. I also opened up Rockstar Game Launcher, the RAGE and it still does the same thing. I've also turned my defender off and any antivirus software I had on my computer, reinstalled without the antivirus applications, still nothing. I have also restarted my computer several times, turned off wallpaper engine, closed all apps except for the ones I need for RAGEMP. Nothing has worked and I am getting frustrated, I literally just want to play and make my character.
