"Error starting *****, meta.xml has not been found"

Hi, 

    So I followed this tutorial, shout out to Outwardly Experience for a cool tutorial by the way, I did everything in the video, I had my settings.xml & meta.xml files set up ready to go, when I run the server the command prompt said it couldn't find "meta.xml" file which is there in the folder. I've redone this for many times now it has been a week so yeah here goes the thread.

In Visual studio > Solution explorer > Press on meta.xml > in right bottom corner you have "Advanced" section for that meta.xml. Change next options:

Build action: Content,

Copy to Output directory: Always copy.

Press on Solution file in your file explorer and rebuild the project.

Should work then.
