Disable Headshot and Melee attack with weapon in my Hand

we've already looked through the Ragempn Wiki, but still didn't get it.
How to deactivate in Ragemp 1.1 Headshot = death and that you kill someone instantly with an AK with a melee attack on the R button?

Can you possibly give a tip?
