Cole33194 Posted June 27, 2022 Posted June 27, 2022 (edited) [Urgent] Please Help! Fatal Issue After Component Upgrade! I have 2 PC setups in my room. One was running a Ryzen 5 5600X while the other one had a Ryzen 5 2600. Both of which ran RageMP smoothly with no issues, so I know both CPU's work fine. I recently upgraded the 5600X to a Ryzen 9 5950X and decided to swap the 2600 for the 5600X. I figured since I knew the 5600X worked on RageMP I would have no issues. However, when I swapped the CPU, I'm running into a fatal issue. When I start the game it will load up and go into full screen and will remain black for a few seconds and then the PC will turn off and restart sending me back to the windows login screen. I'm really hoping I don't have to go back to the 2600 as I would love the added performance of the upgrade. I have tried verifying game files, disabling anti-virus, reinstalling RageMP multiple times in both C:\ root drive and C:\Program Files, reinstalling GTAV, and updating both BIOS and Chipset drivers with no luck. I've also even tried completely resetting Windows with a fresh install. My game runs completely fine in SP, the problem only happens when I try connecting to a server, which I've tried different WiFi's to see if that was the problem. Also, the new CPU is not throttling or anything. It is running completely normal in every other task other than RageMP. Please help if anyone else has had a similar issue or knows some tips.
