ragemp wont open gta v..

hello i have a new laptop i got about a few weeks ago, i can play gta online and gta v single player just fine on steam, but when i try to run rage mp and choose a server it goes through loading assets and then says launching game and then brings up rockstar then  easy anti cheat says waiting for game to after that everything disappears and gta v isn't up, i tried to uninstall rage and reinstall rage but it didnt work
