The Range does not start

Yesterday morning I ran into a problem, Rage MP does not start

Yesterday around 14:00-15:00 I played on the Rage MP server on the 3 Majestic server 

My game collapsed, I didn't attach any importance to it, I thought it crashed

On repeated attempts to log in, Rage MP did not give any signs of starting 

I contacted the Majestic project support, the technical manual suggested how to fix the problem, after going through all the points, I tried to log on to the server again, the attempt was unsuccessful, when I opened Rage, the download took place, and then Rage MP was closed immediately 

What is the problem and how to solve it?
