EasyAntiCheat is not installed

Hi! 
Does anyone know why I can't install EAC? I'm trying to install via EAC_Setup and the installation kit won't open.
I tried to download the EAC Updater from the official website and replaced it in the program files and it still didn't work. 
I have up to date drivers , windows updates , the same. I don't understand where the problem is and why I can't install it. I checked the EAC from service and it's on "manual" .... I keep getting the error "EAC is not installed !
