90% of players can hear very quietly

I play on the GTA5RP project and I have 90% of the players ate-ate audibly. This has always been the case even if I reinstall Rage MP and don't touch the settings. The only solution that I found is to unscrew the sound of the GTA to a minimum and ALL other windows of Windows also to a minimum, while the volume of the speakers to the maximum. But there are other 10% of the players, when I get into the radius of their conversations, it's just unbearably loud. Help me please.
