Rage wont start Rage MP client not starting

Hello there since yesterday I have the problem that I can't run the Rage MP launcher all it does is ask me for permission to start as Admin and then nothing, not even on the Task Manager.

What I already did is:

• Reinstall
• Restart Computer
• Started as admin
• Turn off Firewall and Anti-Virus

I have no clue what to do now. Can someone help me?

ok so what helped for me was to 

1. Win + R 
2. regedit
3. HKEY_CURRENT_USER
4. Software
5. RAGE-MP
6. Delete all
