Dont work dlslist

I trying to start server with dlslist.xml but its not working. Server doesn`t see this file.

I am trying with this paths, nothing work:

/client_packages/game_resources/dlcpacks/dlslist.xml

client_packages/game_resources/common/data/dlslist.xml

/client_packages/game_resources/x64/dlcpacks/dlslist.xml

All working without this .xml, but i need order for my packs.

You can use order value in setup2.xml to define order of loading DLCs, I think dlclist is better used when you want to unload vanila dlcs, not really for determining the order of dlc load. Might be wrong on that one.
