bad cursor, items quality

I played on Majestic RP, everything was fine, but one day the cursor became pixelated on all servers. The quality of various items has also become poor. I tried to reinstall GTA, Rage MP, Cache servers (deleted everything from folders C:\RAGEMP\client_resources C:\MAJESTIC_RAGEMP\client_resources). I wrote to those support Majestic RP, the problem was not solved, they said to go to the Rage MP forum. I don't have redux. Nothing helped.
