Duplicating Inventories and Green Dot on Top Left Corner

If i start Rage MP and join on a RP Server everything just duplicates and i have a green dot on the top left corner

Not sure about the duplication, but could be related to AMD graphics card.
Do you have AMD Radeon Software installed? If so, try disabling Radeon Boost to get rid of the green square and maybe if you're lucky the duplication as well.
