A game is currently running error.

I have this problem when I start the Rage. it appears that the game is running but I have nothing in the task manager. after a few seconds the game starts, it's functional but this from rockstar remains on the screen and if I press X it closes my game. it's quite annoying. how can i fix it? I want to specify that I reinstalled rockstar game launcher and rage.mp. I start it from updater.exe, I have the game on the steam platform.

I tried several methods. I checked the game files, I started the game in single player, then I started ragemp with steam and rockstar in the background. but I have the same problem.

I apologize for offtopic, my friend and I have similar errors and because of this the FPS drops by 2-3 times

I tried reinstalling windows, rockstar, gta 5. Reinstalling anti-cheat, moving it to different drives, the error just doesn't disappear
