server configuration on Windows VPS

hello, how could I correctly configure the server for windows vps? I have the ports open but the server still does not appear as public

@MisterAxel the server shows me that it is on when I turn it on, that the ports are open but I cannot connect to the configurable server, I think they are done correctly... but the server does not appear if I search for it by name

ok, I solved the problem with the server that appears in the masterlist.. but when I connect, the resources are downloaded, I enter the game, yes loading, but then the game closes without any error
