Help, rage mp loads cpu

Good afternoon, please tell me what it could be? After the recent Rage update, when I go to the server, the processor is loaded at 100%, textures begin to disappear. And when I exit the game, the processes remain running and load the processor at 100%. The computer slows down until you close all processes manually. Nobody faced such a problem? Maybe you can give me some advice on this issue. Thank you in advance.
