Hello problem after turning on Rage Multiplayer

Hello I have a problem that the processes that are responsible for rage Multiplayer are turned on if rage Multiplayer the program is turned off and the background process is still running And then these processes load my processor and I end up with performance drops none Please help I'm quite old computer.

Are you pressing F1 and exiting the game correctly through the Rage UI or just hitting alt+f4?

Na niektórych serwerach jest tak że że się wychodzi przez F1 na niektórych serwerach się wychodzi na przykład przez menu Escape i zamknij grafy o owcach GTA V

 nie są z unifikowane dlatego to jest słabe według mnie dziękuję za pomoc nie wiedziałem o tym zawsze to ja tak będę robił teraz
