If not, it may not be enough.

AVAST and AVG have changed something recently which is blocking RAGE.

It's suggested to remove the ones listed above if you wish to carry on playing, however, that's not to say that you are being told to have your computer exposed and recommend if you don't feel comfortable with letting windows defender alone handle the security of your computer, then try an alternative, there's plenty available to choose from.
