The launcher does not start

I bought GTA 5, I wanted to play on radmir rp downloaded everything, I run rage multiplayer, and nothing happens from the word at all. The launcher doesn't open and just doesn't want to do anything, I tried with vpn, it doesn't work either, maybe I don't have the right components? No, it seems to have installed everything. I click on start and nothing happens, I reinstalled the program, but all to no avail. Help please

Have you tried running gta5 in single player mode to see if that works?

Is your specs good enough to run gta5?

What antivirus are you using?

Have you tried running the installer as admin?
