Connection Lost Reconnecting

cant connect ive tried everything you have said and on youtube and nothing works i was playing grand rp fine last month but now i cant even login to any server as all servers are 120ms ping and get the same error

Do you have AVG/Avast antivirus software installed?

Same issue, Avast disabled, no AVG. No MSI Afterburner. Anytime I turn on VPN my rockstar social club disconnects. Refreshed my IP and used a mobile hotspot still get connection lost reconnecting.
