launcher doesn't start at all

hello, the problem is as follows, I installed the launcher, I did everything as it should, but when the launcher is opened, the download starts (apparently the launcher is updated) and after the download it reaches a little more than half and closes and the launcher no longer starts, nothing happens evenly.
tried
1.clear the cache
2. all antiviruses are disabled
3. vpn also tried
4. reinstalling the client several times
5.all drivers are updated
6.all third-party programs removed that may prevent launch
7.cleaned all traces of rage on the system drive
8.changed dns server data
nothing helped
the very first time the rage was installed, it went to the server, it started to load, then it displayed such a phrase CONNECTION LOST RECONNECTING, after that the launcher stopped opening at all. what could be the problem please help
