I am new and I need help!

I am new and was recently trying to join the rage mp servers cuz I wanted to play gta world I was given an account but it says connection closed evertime I start the server. What is the issue? I never played on the server b4 I also didn’t buy anything I was given the account for fee how do I fix this issue? I am very confused
