ERR_STR_PACK_2

Today I successfully registered, but I encountered such an error as ERR_STR_PACK_2. What I did today to fix the error: I checked the integrity of the files, installed everything needed from OpenIV, restarted the computer, reinstalled Rage, and finally, because of all the unsuccessful attempts, I had to reinstall the game, which took me about 5 hours and also failed. Also, when I enter a black screen for about 5 seconds, then this error pops up on the screen.

In single player mode and online game comes without any problems.
