RageMP crashes after launching gta5 with blackscreen and no error message

I tried all the trouble shooting steps but none of them are working. I have verified the gta 5 files, I have disabled the accelerated CEF rendering, i have disabled overlays from all the applications opened, I have tried launching gta 5 in story mode before starting ragemp, I have tried launching steam first and then rage mp, I have reinstalled ragemp as well, and I have allowed all the ragempp files through windows defender and firewall. I have no idea whats causing this. I have read almost all the forum posts possible about the issue but none of the fixes worked. 

So the issue is that after downloading server assets, it launches rockstar launcher and then closes it and proceeds to launch the server. BUT it shows a black screen and after a few seconds it crashes with this message 


I think this is Easy Anti-Cheat interfering and crashing the game, thinking that is a modification. I have never touched my game files and its the same since I installed GTA. Also thats a file from rockstar launcher. I have even reinstalled rockstar launcher and still the same issue.

Before anyone tells me to delete the file and then try, I have already done it and it  asked me to reinstall rockstar launcher so I did and still the same issue.

Please if anyone knows the solution to this issue, help me. I'm using windows 11 and steam version of GTA 5.
