"Downloading server resources", then "error: game injection has timed out"

Whenever i try to connect to the server, the client starts downloading server resources again, and when it reaches half, it starts from the beginning, and so 3 times.
Then it tries to connect to the server, and the game crashes with the error "game injection has timed out".

How to fix it?
(i also have sh***y downloading speed 1.5 MB/sec)

Bad quality of Internet connection is known to cause such an issue, especially if server is using FastDL, you can try to ask someone to zip you client resources and then download it via some other platform, like Google Drive.
