initializing Rockstar Games then black screen and exiting the game

when I log on to the server in GTA V, I have Rockstar Games initialization, then a black screen and exit the game what to do?  Accelerated CEF rendering turned off does not help

Use task manager to close all background processes, also clear system tray, leave only apps that must be run.

If that doesn't work, uninstall your game using some more advanced software for uninstalling, like Revo Uninstaller. After that, do clean install. I know it's a lot of GB to download, but it usually solves most of the issues.
