RageMP lagging

My game is not lagging at all but then i high my graphics little bit it starts to lagg my pc like discord and other apps im using amd my friend does too and he gets same thing as me

It could be software, hardware or network related issue.

Since you say it starts happening when you set higher up settings, I would use some software to track temperature of PC while in full workload. It can also be you are infected with some virus that is draining your specs. With amount of info you gave us, we can just guess.
